Week-1

The first week will focus on the basics and building a mindset and strategy for success.

Week-2

This is the defining process, where we focus on practically defining your business model and all its intrinsic components.

Week-3

Here we focus on how to identify and narrow down your ideal B2B/B2C target market and the key aspects of impactful marketing.

Week-4

Week 4 is all about sales. Here we will focus on building rapport and other key techniques for nailing your sales.

Week-5

Here we’ll focus on the various tools for successful resourcing and scaling of your business.

Week-6

The last week of the course will be a recap of all the technical & commercial aspects of the course and a chance for you to network with other entrepreneurs as well as the Founders.
